These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the chineseseo.agency website and services provided by Chinese SEO Agency. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Chinese SEO Agency provides search engine optimization services focused on the Chinese market, including Baidu SEO, Chinese keyword research, content marketing, technical SEO, and related digital marketing services. Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in individual service agreements.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information about their business, grant necessary access to websites and analytics platforms, comply with Chinese internet regulations including ICP filing requirements, and review and approve content within agreed timelines.
Intellectual Property
Content created by Chinese SEO Agency during engagements becomes client property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified. Our methodologies, tools, and proprietary frameworks remain our intellectual property. Website content, design, and branding on chineseseo.agency are owned by Chinese SEO Agency.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Search engine rankings are influenced by factors beyond our control, including algorithm updates and competitive actions. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services during the three months preceding any claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, clients receive all completed deliverables. Prepaid fees for uncompleted work are handled per the individual service agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through arbitration in Beijing.
